Stressed out about schoolwork, family or friends? Moody and irritable but don’t know why?

 

A safe space for girls to connect to themselves and each other through yoga and art

The Circle is aimed at supporting young women to feel grounded and less overwhelmed by strong emotions.

Each session consists of music and movement to stretch, release tension and pay attention to what’s happening in your body. You will also learn how to tune into the breath and ground yourself when you feel overwhelmed by strong emotions.

Each week you will also create a piece of artwork that can help you understand your inner experience – it’s nothing to do with artistic ability!

You will be guided to find conversation about topics relevant to your age group, such as school, friendships/ relationships, personal boundaries, menstruation and social media.

Come and share as much or as little as you wish.
